I have more than 15 years nursing experience which includes managing a large team supporting children with complex care needs in the community. Through both my professional and personal experience caring for elderly grandparents I have learnt that finding the right care agency is vitally important when you are caring for a loved one. ​ We strive to create a company that provides a high standard of care to people in the local area with a team that we would be more than happy to care for members of our own family.

I have gone full circle after working with Katie at the tender age of 18 as a support worker , I moved to the RUH Children’s ward for five years but having missed Katie's amazing managing skills I made the move back to work with her as a care co-ordinator in July 2017. In 2019 I was promoted to Deputy Manager. I love my dog and fast cars!

Care Co-ordinator ​ I worked with children for eight years in nursery and nanny settings and after having my eldest I wanted a change and went into care. I have now been working in care for 14 years which I thoroughly enjoy.
