Our Homecare Services
Below is a list of our basic services. If you don't see what you need, do still get in touch - the chances are we will be able to help, or at least point you in the right direction.
Remember, in addition to the personal care services offered below, we can also support you other ways to remain safe and independent at home, including our errand running service.
Whatever your reason for needing some support with day-to-day activities, whether short term or long term, just let us know. Getting up, getting dressed, support with your medication, toileting, getting your shopping… let’s face it the list is a long one. So give us a call. Let’s discuss your specific needs and get the support in place you need.
Light domestic duties
Running a home is difficult at the best of times. If your day-to-day domestic chores are becoming a little too much to handle then get in touch. We can help with as little or as much as you need. Did you also know we are the only care provider to have our own, in house, home maintenance team - able to help you with larger home maintenance requirements.
Delivered sensitively and with the greatest dignity we will make sure your loved ones are supported in the best possible way as they approach the end of their life. Our specialist palliative care is also a huge support to the whole family, supporting on daily tasks to make sure you can spend your time and attention on your loved one and each other.
Exactly as it says on the tin this one – although we hope we’ll be preparing you better meals than those out of a tin.
Planning a trip away but need some help caring for a friend or relative? No problem. Unpaid carers are our heroes – we know the great and full-on job you do. When you need some down-time we’re here for you.
Dementia and Alzheimer
A change of routine or environment is particularly tough for someone living with dementia, that's why we are passionate about helping people with dementia stay safe and independent in their own home. Whether it is regular checks to help with basic tasks, or complete live-in care to keep you safe through the night, we can help. Our team are extremely experienced in supporting people with dementia and their families, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Getting out and about
Sick of the same four walls and need some help getting back out and into the community? No problem. We can take you to appointments, take you to the shops or help keep you in touch with the hobbies and people you love.
Sometimes it’s just nice to have someone to talk to, and our companion service is designed for that. We always try to match our team with clients we think they will share some common ground – a reason to sit down and have a good natter. Plus they all make a mean cup of tea.
Sleeping and waking nights
If you or your loved ones need support overnight, we can provide either sleeping (where a carer would stay with you and get up when required) or waking (where a carer would be awake all night to support) night support packages.
Getting you back on your feet
After a stay in hospital we know the best place to recuperate is at home – so we’re here to make sure that happens.
