These guys are the best...

Katie
Director of Care
I have more than 15 years nursing experience which includes managing a large team supporting children with complex care needs in the community.
Through both my professional and personal experience caring for elderly grandparents I have learnt that finding the right care agency is vitally important when you are caring for a loved one.
We strive to create a company that provides a high standard of care to people in the local area with a team that we would be more than happy to care for members of our own family.
Blanche
Deputy Manager
I have gone full circle after working with Katie at the tender age of 18 as a support worker , I moved to the RUH Children’s ward for five years but having missed Katie's amazing managing skills I made the move back to work with her as a care co-ordinator in July 2017. In 2019 I was promoted to Deputy Manager.
I love my dog and fast cars!
Heidi
Senior Support Worker
I worked with children for eight years in nursery and nanny settings and after having my eldest I wanted a change and went into care.
I have now been working in care for 14 years which I thoroughly enjoy.
Hannah
Senior Supervisor
I'm 28 years young, a wife and mummy to two amazing girls. I began working for Cura three years ago as a support worker with no professional care experience under my belt, I started off doing evenings only. But after a year of working evenings I loved it so much I decided to start full time. Within a year of working for Cura full time I was promoted to a senior support worker role.
When I'm not at work I enjoy: spending time with my children and husband, I coach an under 13 girls rugby team so spend most of my free time on the rugby pitch.
I love my job because Cura genuinely cares about me as an individual and makes me feel supported and appreciated day to day. I love having a job that actually makes a difference to peoples' lives and leaves me feeling good about myself.

Phillipa
Care Coordinator
I started with Cura in September 2019 as Care-Coordinator. Before starting with Cura I worked for Yourlife Management Services in an assisted living building for 70+, working my way up from Care and Support to Duty Manager. Before this I’d been in homecare, had a brief break and worked in pubs (while one of my children was young), assisted adults with learning difficulties at Mencap and administration before this. I like to think I am approachable and supportive, I’m not always the loudest on first meet, but I like a chat and a good giggle. I have 3 beautiful girls at home and a little boy in the form of a tiny Yorkshire terrier. When I’m not at work I love spending time with my children and family, going on dog walks, catching up with friends and the odd glass of white wine!!

Senior Carer
I’m a wife and mummy to my gorgeous little man. I started with Cura almost 3 years ago doing evening shifts to work around my little boy, I had no previous care experience before I started with Cura. I absolutely loved working in care and for Cura so decided when my little boy started nursery to go full time. I then got promoted to Senior Carer and have loved the new challenge.
When I’m not at work I love spending time with my family and my dog, going for walks and finding new adventures. I love catching up with friends and seeing my family.
I love my job and the company I work for as they make me feel supported and valued everyday.
We of course also have a whole team of dedicated, wonderful carers. Although we can't list them all here, they all do a superb job, working with the upmost diligence, care and compassion. Our business quite simply would not be the same without them.
