I have gone full circle after working with Katie at the tender age of 18 as a support worker , I moved to the RUH Children’s ward for five years but having missed Katie's amazing managing skills I made the move back to work with her as a care co-ordinator in July 2017. In 2019 I was promoted to Deputy Manager.

I'm 28 years young, a wife and mummy to two amazing girls. I began working for Cura two years ago as a support worker with no professional care experience under my belt, I started off doing evenings only. But after a year of working evenings I loved it so much I decided to start full time. Within a year of working for Cura full time I was promoted to a senior support worker role.
When I'm not at work I enjoy: spending time with my children and husband, I coach an under 13 girls rugby team so spend most of my free time on the rugby pitch.
My favourite film: Harry potter
My favourite food: Anything that’s naughty.
Why I love my job: Cura are the best team I have ever worked for. Cura genuinely cares about me as an individual and makes me feel supported and appreciated day to day. I love having a job that actually makes a difference to peoples' lives and leaves me feeling good about myself.
